留学生公寓管理办法
Administrative Measures for International Student Apartments
第一条 留学生应按照分配的房间和床位入住，未经丝路书院批准，不得私自调换房间或床位。
Article 1 International students shall move into the allocated rooms and beds. Without the approval of the Silk Road Academy, Do not privately exchange rooms or beds.
第二条 留学生应遵守公寓的作息时间，夜间22点后不得在公寓内大声喧哗，以免影响他人休息。
Article 2 International students should abide by the work and rest time of the apartment. After ten p.m., Do not make loud noises in the apartment so as not to affect others' rest.
第三条 保持公寓公共区域及个人房间的卫生整洁，定期清理垃圾，爱护公寓内的公共设施和设备，如有损坏应及时报告并照价赔偿。
Article 3 Keep the public areas and personal rooms of the apartment clean and tidy. Clean up the garbage regularly. Take good care of the public facilities and equipment in the apartment. If there is any damage, report it in time and compensate according to the price.
第四条 严禁在公寓内饲养宠物、使用大功率违规电器（如电炉、热 得快等），禁止私自拉接电线、改装电路。
Article 4 It is strictly prohibited to keep pets in the apartment, use high-power illegal electrical appliances (such as electric stoves, immersion heaters, etc.), and privately pull wires or modify the circuit.
第五条 公寓内禁止存放易燃、易爆、有毒、有害等危险物品，严禁在公寓内进行赌博、酗酒、打架斗殴等违法违纪活动。
Article 5 It is prohibited to store dangerous items such as flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful substances in the apartment. Illegal and disciplinary activities such as gambling, excessive drinking, fighting and brawling are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
第六条 来访人员需在丝路书院进行登记，经被访留学生同意后方可进入公寓，且不得在公寓内留宿。
Article 6 Visitors need to register at the Silk Road Academy. They can enter the apartment only after being approved by the international student being visited, and are not allowed to stay overnight in the apartment.
第七条 丝路书院应定期组织安全检查，及时发现和消除安全隐患，确保公寓内的消防设施、设备完好有效。
Article 7 The Silk Road Academy shall regularly organize safety inspections, promptly discover and eliminate potential safety hazards, and ensure that the fire - fighting facilities and equipment in the apartment are in good condition and effective.
第八条 留学生应增强安全意识，掌握基本的安全知识和应急逃生技能，熟悉公寓内的安全出口和疏散通道。如遇火灾、地震等紧急情况，应听从公寓管理人员的指挥，迅速有序地撤离。
Article 8 International students should enhance their safety awareness, master basic safety knowledge and emergency escape skills, and be familiar with the safety exits and evacuation passages in the apartment. In case of emergencies such as fires and earthquakes, they should follow the instructions of the apartment management personnel and evacuate quickly and orderly.
第九条 严禁在公寓内使用明火（如蜡烛、蚊香等），禁止在阳台、走廊等公共区域堆放杂物，保持通道畅通。
Article 9 It is strictly prohibited to use open flames (such as candles, mosquito coils, etc.) in the apartment. It is forbidden to stack sundries in public areas such as balconies and corridors to keep the passages unobstructed.
